A study by the World Health Organization, WHO, has shown that fertility has been declining worldwide for the past 50 years, largely due to industrialization and climate change. How a man can increase his sperm count
The research points to the continued increase in heat and sauna therapy as the cause of ovulation around the world, according to the Modern Mom website.
The WHO said, “Since the last 50 years, it has been found that sperm count has decreased significantly due to the high temperatures that men are exposed to, such as in industry, in long-term driving, in saunas,…”.
According to the WHO, currently, 1/10 families face the problem of late childbearing due to reasons that may come from a man or a woman; while 90% of male infertility is caused by insufficient ejaculation.
Health experts testify that there are many men who need to increase their income in order to increase their chances of having children, and pleasure in sex.
The website Ask Men states that “A large number of testicles indicates that a man has sufficient male hormones (testosterone), as well as the ability to get pregnant on a regular basis.”
A man is fertile when he has at least one million sperm in one milliliter of semen.
These sperms can decrease due to various factors including heat, fatigue, stress, sexually transmitted diseases, reproductive disorders, and others.
What helps the man to increase Their sperms
1. Avoid compromising your interests
There is a reason this part of the body was created outside of the rest and it needs freedom. When the water gets too hot, it cannot produce enough water.
You must protect it from high temperatures (in the industry, in cars close to the engine, sauna, washing with hot water,…), avoid wearing underwear so that the parts that make up the toilet are not disturbed, and avoid wearing underwear that is too tight.
Also, avoid wearing tight clothes, and it would be better to avoid wearing the so-called ‘three-sided’ pants (unless you are going to do sports) but wear one that is like boxer shorts because it gives freedom.
2. Relax, drink less alcohol
Another piece of advice for men is to relax and change their minds, drink less alcohol, and avoid smoking and various other drugs.
3. Exercise
There is also exercise that does not exhaust the body: “Exercise is good because it increases the production of ‘testosterone’ hormones in the body and these hormones help in the production of semen.
Too much exercise also causes another hormone called ‘adrenal steroid’ which causes a decrease in ‘testosterone’. Driving a bicycle or motorcycle for a long time is also something to avoid.
Again, obesity is to be avoided, if a man tries to seek medical treatment early when he suffers from sexually transmitted diseases such as gonorrhea, leprosy, and others.
4. Eat a balanced diet
To increase sperm count, a man should eat a diet that is low in fat, and rich in protein, vegetables, and whole grains.
Also common are drinks, lots of water, coffee, red foods (such as raw tomatoes, peas, beets,…), avocados, nuts, beef, and peppers…
Add the dark chocolate.
Often served on Valentine’s Day, which is celebrated on February 14th, it is rich in L-Arginine HCL which is known to increase testosterone and estrogen levels in men.
